How to Record Your Domains

To record your domains with TROANN simply complete and return the Domain Recordation Form you can purchase using the button below.
When you purchase your Domain Recordation Form, you will also have the opportunity to purchase our WHOIS masking service and enroll in our Pre-Paid Domain Recovery Plan. You can also add these services to your shopping cart by simply clicking on the corresponding buttons.
Refund Policy
All payments for services, that are reversible or not already performed, are 100% refundable upon written request received at mail@troann.com within 30 calendar days following the original payment.
Domain Title Recordation & Transfer Service
For your single payment of $20 per domain, you can record your domain ownership title with TROANN, and the title to your domain will remain in your name as long as you keep your domain registered, regardless of the information listed in WHOIS. Domain buyers and sellers can rely on a TROANN Domain Title Certificate™ as proof of ownership and assurance that a deal gone bad won't result in a permanently lost or stolen domain.
One of the easiest ways for your domain to be hijacked is through use of WHOIS information. For your single payment of $10 per domain, necessary to cover administrative costs, you will be authorized to list TROANN in the WHOIS information for your domain, thereby eliminating your domain's most obvious vulnerability to hijackers and greatly enhancing your privacy.
Attorneys can charge thousands of dollars to litigate a single domain ownership dispute. For a small annual fee of $50, you can have peace of mind knowing that if anyone steals or hijacks your domain, TROANN will take legal action to recover control of your domain for you.
